So so frustrating SKU
i have been unable to list my item for months I have sunglasses ready to sell they didn’t come with an SKU
I keep getting this message what do I do

there’s even a lock on the sku so I can’t even edit
What do I do how can I sort this out as xmas is around the Amazon seller should do better with making listings so difficult to complete the videos explaining are not up to scratch

I'm not sure what you mean by 'didn't come with a SKU' A SKU can be anything, its personal to your business.
I'm guessing you mean there isn't a barcode? But its hard to tell whats going on without a screenshot of the item in your inventory, or an ASIN to lookup.
ALso, have you tried opening a case with Seller Support? Its your only port of contact really - getting a phone call is harder to do.

SKU is your own business reference to your stock control. If you do not assign it yourself (come up with some sort of system) then Amazon will auto-generate one for you when you list it.
Which of the following are you trying to do:
1. Adding an offer to an existing listing (i.e. product already exists in the Amazon catalog)
2. Creating a new listing altogether in the Amazon catalog
3. Updating an existing offer you have already created
I am assuming from your post you are attempting number 1 and have confused what a SKU is with what the barcode is?
If it is number 1 then you need to be using the correct upload file - the one for product listing offer creation. It seems like you may be using the other that controls stock and pricing for an offer you have already made - which is why then you are getting the SKU error because that SKU does not yet exist in your inventory.
As for fulfillment error - have you downloaded the correct upload file? One from .co.uk not from .com. Are you posting the items yourself (FBM) or are you sending to Amazon to dispatch for you (FBA)?
Lastly - are these sunglasses branded or generic? If branded then you may not have the authorisation to create an offer anyway which in itself often throws up odd errors.
