Deactivated Account in Amazon

I have registered on Amazon markestplace as an new supplier and my account got deactivated due to recognising another account I have specified the reason which is similar Wi-Fi and the account belong s to my last former emplyer in current I am not a part of their organisation and submmited all required documents to Amazon for reactivating my account still it's not reactivated and as being an startup enterpreneure it's impacting my goals and i am suffering from loss.
