My situation is, I have set up a store in US, and another one in UK (with different names).
Now both are deactivated.
I have submitted requested documents for the US one. And then it was activated. And then for the UK one, I was told to submit evidence to prove my US one has been activated. I submitted it, but is rejected without any reasons.
And then a few days later, the US one is deactivated again.
Now, whenever I try to activate either of them, I am just told please to activate the another one first.
That means I fall into a loop. I can neither activate any of my store. And there is no button for me to submit appeal. And I can't find any option for support. Every time I send a message for support. I am replied by a automatic email to tell me to submit appeal (but such option cannot be found anywhere).
Anyone can tell me how to reach a seller support for such case? I am already stuck in this dead end for a few weeks, very annoying...
