Account suspended due to below accepted valid trackng rate

Account suspended due to below accepted valid trackng rate

After 25 years, and with over 1250 positive feedback comments, Amazon suspended our pro seller account, because our valid tracking rate was below 95%, it was about 93.75%, we have been unable to get anywhere getting the suspension rescinded, just an instantaneous automated response saying our explanation was sufficient, we use transglobalexpress to collect our parcels, and Evri deliver them, we put the Evri tracking number on Amazon, occasionally we have an order in easily delivery distance to our shop, so deliver by hand, which is an option on the tracking services menu, and put in a made up tracking number, we explained this in our appeal, but had no sensible response, I tried closing our account, but you can't do this until you have had no orders for 90 days, it is about 25 so far.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to proceed with getting the suspension withdrawn?

Your account shouldn't be suspended, it should just be a category suspension - which i realise for some sellers can be practically the same.

What is showing on your VTR report - the hand delivered orders or the others? Or a mixture?

Inputting fake tracking numbers is probably not a good idea. Is it compulsory to add tracking when choosing the 'self delivery' option?

Can you not use 'buy shipping'? This would give you exemption from VTR.

sorry for news but that is worrying, and is exactly the type of thing I am even more worried about with the new amazon VTR policy about to land. I am confused about the policy and worried that my account might be suspended with no warning or time to address the problem, i hope you manage to sort it out,

those manual self delivered orders, shouldnt they be specified on the amazon shipping method as self delivered to protect your VTR? it used to be this way not 100% sure this still stands after recent VTR policy change.
