letter of authorization Sample???
I asked the manufacturer I was buying from for years for letter of authorization, as I received several IP Violations, but when I submitted to Amazon, I got this reply:
"After reviewing your LOA, we concluded that we cannot accept this document because it does not meet our letter of authorization (LOA) requirements. "
This is a multi million $$ US manufacturer and I would think they know how to write the LOA.
Well, can I get a sample of the correct LOA, so I can show them what kind of format Amazon need it to be in?
Also, what are these logos for?:
"Please note that document should either contain the STAR logo or the SQUARE logo. "
