Has ANYONE got VAT figures that match across the paperwork for August?

Sorry - Yet another VAT one!

My VAT receipts are about half of what it shows on my sales activity which is also different to my Tax Report from individual sales.

SS gave me to rubbish about the figures are not out yet for Sep but my August is miles off also?!

So, has anyone got Augusts figures nailed? Also, just to clarify, this started August 1st, am I right? I honestly cant make head nor tail of it, all I know is my bank balance is very, very poorly :(

I am actually thinking of complaining to HMRC as apparently it is a legal requirement to provide VAT invoices - do we reckon its worth a shot?
