Buyer Address - Missing from order pages
I’ve just noticed that the first line of a buyer’s address is no longer showing in orders or on packing slips (at least for orders that have already been dispatched). This applies to FBA and FBM/MFN orders.
I’m aware Amazon were removing that data from MWS and most reports, but it seems really strange to remove access to it altogether. When I create invoices for customers now I’ll have to leave the first line of the address blank. This isn’t a good idea for business records.
Since I no longer have the buyer’s full address does this mean I should miss the first line of my address off the invoices?

No, two wrongs don’t make a right. It’s not the buyer’s fault that Amazon have cut off part of their address, is it? You missing off some of your address in response seems a bit petty to me.
In future either schedule order reports to run every day so you have all the address info in a spreadsheet or print to PDF copies of the packing slip or postage labels.

The answer from seller support is “contact each buyer to ask them for their full address”

I am still seeing the full buyer names along with addresses in the Order Details.
