Customised Greeting Cards

Can someone please guide me if we want to sell customised greeting cards, how Amazon will give us the files for printing does these comes ready to print or we need to use another tool to get the messages and pictures transfer into printable formate.

You have to produce the designs yourself and set up what customisations you want on the greeting cards.
So you would advertise a design and allow the customer to enter say Age or Name. You would then get a message saying what customisation the customer wanted and what card then print it and fulfill it.

we do custom stuff, you can set up the personalisation to allow customers to upload their own designs but they almost always send low quality images that look terrible when you print them best bet as mentioned by DIRECT GIFTS is to give them a design they can modify with parameters you set, that way you can control the process

It would be handy if Amazon gave an example zip file. As far as I can tell, there isn't one.

Maybe set up a product, set the available quantity to 1 and purchase it to test.
Actually, can you buy your own products? I've never thought of it before.
