Pending Order- Amazon policy?
Good evening
How long is it reasonable to wait for a pending order? I have a £30 order pending for 3 days. My book was the cheapest and also “like new” in condition, the others more expensive on sale in “good” condition.

3 days is nothing. I have had ones pending for up to 10 days.
Not everyone looks at their emails so frequently, and it may take them time to update their CC details, assuming that is the reason for it being pending - usually an expired card on their Amazon account.

it usually takes up to 3 weeks maximum

And of course if it’s a unique or short supply item you cannot relist it as when (If) the pending order confirms, you will have to honour that order. I’ve had that before when I could sell the unobtanium item many times order and then the pending order cancels.

Anybody else seeing pending FBM orders that were cancelled not being put back on sale automatically? Its been going on for a few months now but not all cancelled orders, most go back on sale but every day we have to manually re-list the odd one or two.

I don’t think I have ever had a pending order that cancelled and was then automatically re-stocked
