Can't add new Ship From Address

Can't add new Ship From Address

I’m trying to replenish my inventory of my product in Amazon UK (FBA). Previously, it was shipped from a 3PL company in UK, however my supplier in China has stated they can ship direct. I’ve gone to create a new shipping plan and enter a new ‘ship from address’, however the button to confirm it stays greyed out. Even if I change it to a UK address, it looks like I can’t add in another. Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers.

Uff, I thought the problem was only with me. I have just logged a ticket for it so I need to wait for the answer. In case you got your issue sorted out first, could you please share with me what was the trick?

Hey - yeah so it ended up being to do with the way that Chinese Addresses are set out. I think on the form there should be three boxes next to each other on the same row. I didn’t have box 2 and 3 populated, as I was reading the address wrong. It didn’t flag up that that was the issue however when I figured it myself and populated all boxes it worked.
