I Did a letter just like this below and they replied the next day with Invalid Document.
Amanaon you NEVER State what is actually required in your reply's its so Poor
, So i Looked up the requirements again and It also said you can upload your passport.

Have youy provided your UTR from HMRC - thats often what they mean by Power of Attorney?
