Sale alert via the Seller Central iPhone App
Hello All,
Is there a way to get a notification via the Seller Central App that a sale has been made? I’ve gone into the app and have notifications set up but nothing happens when a sale is made. Or are the any other methods available?

As long as you have the App active, then it should alert you.
Though I have found that they tend to be quite delayed in actually dinging. It does however work in a fashion.

In the app go to settings>push notifications. It’s in there. Mines never worked though.

I’ve got the android app and a similar issue. It decides when it’ll tell you, not when there is a sale made and it may decide to tell you multiple sales at the same time.
It won’t notify of a sale at all if you have processed it prior to the app “pinging” though.

I have an iPhone and the app never works - however the SMS notifications do work although half the time depending on product names you can’t tell what its for but can see the quantity purchased

The app will only notify you when an action is required from your end, such as account suspension, FBM/MFN orders. You will get notified for sales where you need to pick, pack and ship. You will not be notified for the orders that will be fulfilled by Amazon.

I don’t get a noise any more but still get the notification. Also you can add your phone number for SMS text alerts which come through in addition to the App alerts.

It should do it automatically, however, ours stopped working two weeks go and then randomly started working again last week… Personally I’d say leave it off if you can… It’s nice to turn off from work and sat there on a night trying to watch TV hearing sale after sale isn’t fun.
