Business buyers now not getting an option of Royal Mail 48
Hi,
Noticed on the ( now likely permanently) screwed up VTR rates that Amazon Shipping Royal Mail 48 (48 tracked is there at 3 times the price which isn't an option) has not been available for Business customers and defaults to Royal Mail 2nd class..which is obviously screwing up our Prime delivery stats.
Anyone had a similar issue or know a way around please?
Contacted Amazon customer services but clearly that will be as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike.

I am also facing this issue.
it's happened a few times in the last 2 weeks.
as a workaround, I have posted them using Royal Mail 24
today I have no option to even use Royal Mail 24 !
is anyone else getting this same issue?
has anyone got it resolved with seller central?

I never look at that page. I purchase postage direct from Click & Drop via a linked account and tracking is updated automatically. 100% ok for VTR.
You can choose whatever service you want from there.
Don't let Amazon dictate to your business.
However, it may be an issue for SFP, I don't know.

having contacted seller support myself, i also got a similar response like using a chocolate teapot - can anyone from amazon uk who monitors these forums please get some visibility on this issue urgently
if this is something that amazon uk is going to stick with, then it will no longer be economical to send amazon orders via royal mail 24/48 - i will have to increase my prices or stop all amazon listings with low prices
