so i sell products made with a material called thuya wood is a tree that grows in morocco and faced a problem with my listing i cant list my product because there is a brand called thuya i contacted support and explained the situation but there is no hope solving this

In the Intellectual Property Policy (link), under section 6, it specifically states that sellers can use trademarked words "in their ordinary dictionary meaning." Since thuya is the botanical name of the wood species you're using, this should be perfectly fine to include in your product description.
