Declaration of Conformity
Hi there guys,
I’m trying to upload some electronic products from a brand named Nedis. The thing is, in the German marketplace, amazon blocked some of my products, first saying that I need an energy label and fiche of the product, and now, saying that I need a Letter of conformity or sometimes a Letter of Compliance.
The brand itself already have one declaration of conformity for wich one of they’re products, but Amazon declined.
How do you guys get around this problem? The manufacturer isn’t going to make an declaration of conformity for all of my products and now it turns to be a dead way end.
Any tips?

But if all the equipment is different, you would surely need a declaration of conformity for each item? though It’s not clear, are you adding these as the brand Nedis? And what do you mean by the manufacturer isn’t going to make a declaration of conformity for all my products? If the brand is Nedis, a declaration of conformity should exist, if you have your own brand, you’ll need to draw up your own declaration of conformity.
