Read onlyBuyer requested a refund as item hadnt been delivered. I refunded the item and then it ended up being delivered. I contacted buyer to tell them to get in touch with Amazon to let them know to charge their account. Buyer now says his card has been debited the amount but I havent had the money. How do I get in touch with Amazon to discuss this?? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
sadly it’s rare for Amazon to actually recharge their card- and it’s even rarer for them to pass it on if they actually do to the seller I’m afraid. All you can do is raise a case about it.
Hello @Seller_DIFv8iTFVXKAl,
I'm Sarah with Amazon.
Can you share the Order ID so I can check how I can help?
Kind regards,
Sarah.
I had a similar thing happen, Amazon refunded the customer £300 even though they could see on FedEx the item was due to be delivered the next day. Customer received item, wanted to pay for it, Amazon not interested, customer phoned me to pay.
Amazon, truly incompetent, they shouldn't have refunded in the first place then dropped me right in it when they should have rectified their mistake, it is only the customers honesty that saved me from being out £300
