Missing Inventory After Receiving
Hi,
Is anyone else gong through this? I have shipments that are being received, the inventory goes into warehouse transfer and then disappears. This is multiple items and many times. I have opened cases and provided the inventory ledger to show the inventory was received but the cases get closed with no action.

MODS need to get involved. THis happened on my account and there was no way to get it resolved. My open orders showed the item sold and it was taken out of inventory but the payment did not show up on the reports. I had to prove that i sent the items with valid invoices and a signed BOL

@Seller_9NGwSK1rkfC8c I'm sorry to hear this and would like to help however I can. Would you mind sharing any recent case ID(s) where those ledgers are shown for me to take a look and escalate if possible?

Same issue here both at the same warehouse. Got 2 bot responses saying all is fine nothing is missing and reopened for a 3rd time to get someone who forwarded to the internal team who wrote this answer:
Upon investigating our internal team has confirmed that these units are currently under a transshipment delay. Therefore, no reimbursement is required for them.
We do apologize for this inconvenience. Please know that as soon as the units arrive to their destination they will be available for sale.
Its 2 x 25 units on 12/7 and 12/8...

Of course they need to have it in warehouse in order to steal seems like it must be a crime ring very sophisticated.

The same here. Shipment received, transferred to a different warehouse and then closed with zero items in it.

Yes, at an alarming rate! Then when I dispute, I am told by the wonderful folks at Seller Support that yes indeed, I am still wrong! I send FBA 4 units in a case yet only 1 is counted after UPS has Amazon as receiving all the same cases, size, and weight. They magically disappear during Amazon's transfer to other FBA centers. Yet, "I sent in the wrong quantity"? Amazon does not scan in the products at the first FBA location to count as received, they just open cases and send products to the next FBA center which then states they don't receive them. The only thing that ends up happening here is my Shipping performance gets updated that I did something wrong, not Amazon. This seems to be the new mess-up during peak season for my FBA shipments.
