"FBA Inventory" page showing 0 sales under "sale summary" even though there are sales
On the FBA Inventory, under "sale summary" it is showing "--" (just two dashes) for sales for the last 30 days. We have sales every day and sales are showing in other places such as under the "Sales" box on the main page or under "business reports".
We usually use this page to decide what products need sending to FBA but its showing zero for everything. Anyone else have the same issue?
I'd contact amazon but they will probably make a nonsense reply.

Same here, the restock inventory report is messed up too, probably as its generated from the same missing 30d data.
Edit- the Manage All Inventory page does have a populated 30d sale summary however the Inventory column (how much they have in stock there) only shows on hand amounts at the warehouse with zero for inbound products in transit. The restock inventory, despite having missing 30d figures, does however show the correct amount of inbound along with stock on hand.
Therefore neither sheet can be trusted as a true reflection of what needs to be sent in, each one is broken in its own way but cross referred together we can piece together the true story by switching between the two sheets for each product.
Nothings ever easy eh?
Edit2- Inspecting the All Inventory report shows cells O to R blank (units-shipped-t7, units-shipped-t30, units-shipped-t60, units-shipped-t90) so I presume that's why the Restock Report 30d sales is blank, mapped from units-shipped-t30. My hunch is some data engineer has misplaced, moved, or broken links from the sales data database meaning both reports and the restock page is missing that data.
Further, my worry is we have no way of validating the 30d sales figure on the All Inventory page as true if the t30 data is missing from everywhere else. All I can do is take a snapshot today and see if the All Inventory figures are the same or different tomorrow on products I know have sold.
Last time they majorly broke the Restock Inventory Report it took several weeks for them to remedy, I hope its not going to take that long this time.

We have the same problem. I raised a support case yesterday and then said wait 24 hours for a refresh. 24 hours later some of the units-shipped-t7, units-shipped-t30, units-shipped-t60, units-shipped-t90 data is there but not all of it.
I will respond to the support case again.

This was the response from seller support just now. The shipment sales report suggested has every single sales transaction so is no good. Hoping it gets sorted soon.
- Understood. If the issue has been reported and is happening to multiple sellers, you may need to try again at a later date. This issue is something that Selling Partner Support may not be able to resolve. In the meantime, you can check your customer shipment sales report on your Amazon Fulfillment Reports page. Yes, facing similar issue. Spoke to FBA team and they couldn't provide a solution or any reasoning. Eventually hung up after going round in circles for 40 minutes. :(

Yes, we have exactly the same problem - on all of our UK and EU sites, the 'sales summary' info has disappeared.

Also having the same problem here with the 'FBA Inventory reports'. I first noticed this problem on Sunday 16th August 2026 across UK, US, CA. Since then it seems to be that the USA FBA inv. numbers have resolved (somewhat) but the UK, CA numbers are still not displaying correctly.
Similar problem happened a few months ago on the data sheet (different columns) and it got resolved itself after a week or so.

Another 24 hours passes and still missing data for units-shipped-t7, units-shipped-t30, units-shipped-t60, units-shipped-t90.
This is affecting our ability to replenish FBA Inventory on 1000s of SKUs
Any feedback from Amazon on an eta for a fix or at least an acknowledgement the issue is being worked on would be appreciated @Susie_Amazon, @Topher_Amazon, @Angie_Amazon, @Maria_Amazon, @Winston_Amazon
Many thanks

Our relevant teams are actively working to resolve this, and your dashboard will show the correct data once the fix is in place. No action is needed on your end. Your orders and sales are not affected — this is purely a display issue with the dashboard.I apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while this is being resolved. Hello @Seller_y1kV2nlnvf7hw!
We're aware of this issue affecting the FBA Inventory page sales summary data (units-shipped-t7, t30, t60, t90 columns) and the Restock Inventory Report. Our teams have identified the problem and are actively working on a fix. This is a display issue only, your actual sales, orders, and performance metrics are not affected.
We don't have a specific ETA to share yet, but we're monitoring this closely. In the meantime, Business Reports remains a reliable source for sales data if you need to make restocking decisions. We know that's not ideal when you're managing a large catalog, and we appreciate your patience.
