Customer requested a return. I don;t want the item back, as she;s damaged it. I have agreed to send her a FOC replacement.

I have just had the same issue. I agreed by email to replace the goods and that the customer doesn’t need to return them but to clear it off the system I authorised the return and put in the return instructions to the customer not to bother. I explained that I had just had to authorise it as a return in order to satisfy Amazon.
