A Desperate Plea to Save My Livelihood: Please Review the A-to-z claim

Dear Amazon Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to you today with a humble and sincere heart, seeking your kind assistance with an issue that has been affecting my seller account.I am humbly begging you to consider not counting this case toward my ODR. This account is my livelihood, and even a single defect has a devastating impact on my ability to continue operating.

Order 026-4388859-4931531

Although the tracking information shows that the package was delivered, the customer reported not receiving it. The order was required to arrive between Dec 28th and Dec 30th, and we not only met this window but delivered it even earlier.

img

imgimg

I truly hope that someone from your team can find it in their heart to assist me in resolving this matter. I am grateful for the opportunities Amazon has provided me over the years, and I promise to continue adhering to the highest standards of service.

Thank you for taking the time to read my plea. I sincerely appreciate any help or guidance you can offer.

With deepest gratitude,

Joyce

Unfortunately, Amazon do not care. Proof is in the pudding...

You need to Appeal the A-Z Claim. (they are taking a long time to process at the momet).

Appeal with link to tracking on the DX website - my.dxdelivery.com/t/7070776957

You also need to provide them screenshots. (all has to be on 1 PDF ocument).

Contact DX and ask them for GPS location, proof of delivery and to which address. Screenshot again for the Appeal.

So, was the customer called Cook?

If not, was it delivered to seomeone else at the address, or to a neighbour called Cook?

It shows delivered Tuesday 23 Dec 2025 13:23 on Tracking Number: 7070776957 and To Postcode: SN25 2PL .

It does not show to which house name or number, you need to get DX to email you that and screenshot as proof.

Amazon also say to win an A-Z Claim that the parcel needs to be signed for. So, you need to provide that as well. (It is an out-dated requirement since many are now a photo delivery, but they may want a signature, at least give them a photo of the delivery) - I usually also screenshot a google streetview to prove that it is the Buyers address.

=

I NOTE: The A-Z Claim shows that the Buyer says: Didn't arrive and not got back to me with an answer in the time given.

So when did the Buyer contact you, and did you reply within 48 hours? (90% need to be within 24 hours, so best all are within 24 hours). -

So, when did the Buyer email you and when did you reply?

=

Sometimes the Buyer is correct, it is delivered to a neighbour, another address, etc, so quiz DX, as they can make errors.

Good luck in the Appeal.

PS - Just one A-Z Claim does not ruin your Account, unless not selling a lot, then not your main income. If other issues such as bad feedbacks etc, then that can count overall, what is the % at the moment?

Firstly, this isn't 'Amazon Team'- only a forum of other sellers, so we cannot do anything, but hopefully, as you have tagged in lots of mods they may be able to help.

It looks like you can make an appeal up until Feb 9th. I would recommend doing this as they can still refund the money but prevent the metric from affecting your ODR.

Did you buy shipping through Amazon? If so they usually are quite good at removing the ODR when you appeal, they wont refund you though. When writing the appeal be very clear and concise, dont add too many unneeded words in. State v clearly you bought shipping through Amazon (if you did) and that Amazon policy is ODR should not be affected as tracking shows delivered. Bear in mind its probably AI responding so not chatty, bullet points very clearly getting the issue across. Give tracking number, courier, order ID and delivery date. You only get one chance so dont miss out info thinking you can add it later

As someone else says appeal this stating the item was delivered and the tracking shows it was delivered. Provide a link to the tracking page to show it was delivered. You may get the A-Z overturned or the ODR removed.

I don't think a Mod will step in until you have appealed the A-Z. You have to exhaust the appeal process first.

Have you appealed the A-Z showing the proofs of delivery?

I hope they are able to help you, but just to set your expectations:

We also ship with DX because they offer a fast service with full tracking and several proofs of delivery.

However, even when the order is shipped on time, delivered on time, to the correct address, to the correct person, with matching signature, with GPS scan at the correct location and with 2 pictures showing delivery at the correct address, Amazon have still process A-Z against us.

So we are left confused as to what proofs of delivery Amazon do accept.

Hopefully one of the Amazon mods can help get some clarification on this once and for all as it doesn't seem acceptable to deny several proofs of delivery. It's a problem that's been going on for years.
