KYC VERIFICATION REQUIRED Statute Document
Dear Forum Team Member,
Good day, I hope you are well. Last year we change our company name and that was approved by company house uk and issue us only document incorporated change of name. But on 14 feb amazon KYC VERIFICATION popup. Now they want the statute document and the message is
'Business name on submitted Statutes should be new company name
Submitted Statutes should contain Articles of Association and a share allotment document (statement of Capital/ Annual return/ share register)'
Now we have incorporated model articles document but on my old company would i submit that.

We are facing the same issue. When you change your name on Companies House they will issue an approval and update it online. However The previous statues do not get updated because ownership is the same and shareholders/address etc.
I submitted the change of name document directly from companies house but KYC team rejected it. I spoke to an advisor who told me to upload a bank statement with the new name and the same address. I have now done this and awaiting further response.
