Amazon Fees on Sale much higher than what is shown on Amazon Seller App

I have a question regarding the fees that are paid when a product is sold. There is a product I sell that is $11. When scanning the barcode on the Amazon Seller app, it says that the Amazon fees are $1.65. However, I just sold one of the products and that was not the case. When I go the Payments page and look at the transactions, it shows the "Amazon Fees" as over $5. Is this just an 'assumption' by amazon when incorporating shipping cost to send to FBA or is this the true fees? If so, why does it say $1.65 fees on the app. Note, I package & label my own products.
