amazon disbursment not receive

dear friends

i am unable to receive payment from amazon to my payoneer account , i was receiving payment normally before but last 5-6 payment i did not receive at my payoneer bank

amazon provided bank id, when i contacted payoneer customer care they told me they not receive any payment, i contacted the amazon but still not receive any response

can u people tell me what could be the issue
