How long do items stay in the list?

I have items I deleted in March 2020.

if they are active, they stay there 30 days
if they are deleted skus, they stay there forever

voice of the customer is pointless IMHO
I’ve had a couple whereby the buyer has stated that they’ve had a negative experience
unless the buyer communicates with the seller I have no idea how I’m supposed to improve
