SPD using preferred partner scheme UPS

Hello, i have been trying to book my small parcels on the preferred partner scheme, which i have used for many years, but today the system is not letting me, is anyone else having this issue, or know why it is happening.

hi, i saw that comment, it not work, in fact it is still refreshing, 10 minutes later… i opened a case, sent a screen shot, im glad it is not just me, means its a system issue, hopefully amazon will resolve soon enough if enough people open cases
