Your selling privileges are on hold until your Amazon account is verified.

Hello. I am located in Bulgaria and have been selling on Amazon US for years. I decided to start selling on Amazon DE and Europe but unforunatelly they keep telling me that Additional information is required to verify my account. I already paid two times for professional account. They are taking my money but they don't allow me to sell on Amazon Europe. I tried contacting support many times but no help from them. I think that a robot is checking my documents and rejecting them. I went to the registry in Bulgaria and took an official document "Statute Document" and then I went and paid a company to officialy translate it to German but it was again rejected. My Proof of address document has also been rejected, my document is official Bank account statement. Everything else that they need from me electricity bill, water bill are on my wife's name. Telephone, internet and tv bills are paid by my company (so they cannot proove my address), the only thing that I have is my official Bank account statement. So I really don't know what to do. Has someone been in such situation with Amazon DE. Has someone resolved it. Can I escalate my case and ask for manual approval. Like I said, I have been selling on Amazon US from 2017. So far no problems. I don't know why they are picking on me like this. Or maybe it's not a person, but just some kind of program. I already paid two times 40 euros and paid for the official document and after that paid for official translation.
