I can no longer see the tracking number of a customer return?

In the past, we've always been able to use the Manage Returns page to find an order and see the tracking number of the prepaid label Amazon would issue to a customer looking to return an item. This is one way we can see if a return is actually headed back to us and to also verify that a label has been generated for them as we've gotten questions from customers asking where their shipping label is. Now, however, with what looks like an update UI to the Manage Returns page, we do not even see a field where this tracking number would be, even when opening up the "More Information" section.

How can we confirm that a return shipping label has been issued to a customer? This is, of course, assuming this is still how the process works.

Tracking numbers are showing under More Information for me. What does yours show as the label type?

it shows the Label Type as "Address label."

This is why it isn't showing a tracking number. When Amazon provides just an address label, that means that no prepaid return shipping label was given, just the address where they need to send it.

Now we're just not sure why this order in question wasn't assigned an Amazon label like the rest of our returns.

I have been seeing it happen on gift returns myself, and that is probably because I have it set to Unpaid Labels for Exempt Items in my Return Settings.
