Amaozn US suspended becaus of Amaozn UAE

I was trying to open an account for Amazon UAE but it got suspended and not accepting utility bills or statement, despite Its just asking for bills but not accepting.

Because of it my USA account where I am selling also got deactivated.

Can someone help plz.
