Dispatch date wrong?
I obtain an order report and prepare labels at midnight. I have up to 2 days handling.
The above parcel had not completed (still in pending) by midnight on Tuesday so is the dispatch by date wrong?

Pending orders have their Ship by dates automatically updated to reflect the processing delay.
Based on your screenshot, it appears like a regular order to me.
The order was placed on 1st of October and has a Ship by range of 2 working days.

There seems to be an issue with our LDR, not sure if it is related or affecting others.
We have an order that was sat in pending from 30th September until clearing on 3rd October. The item was despatched on the same day as it cleared 3rd October. The shipping states that it should be shipped by Friday 4th October - Monday 7th October yet it has immediately counted against our LDR.
