Seller name restrictions

Hi
Are there any rules around restrictions of seller names? I cannot find anything in the help anywhere.
I am considering a new venture and was wondering if I could call my business something like Prime or something like that?

Definitely not.

Amazon Seller Code of Conduct says that sellers should never misrepresent themselves, which includes using Amazon’s trademarked terms in store names.

Also, here is the Amazon policy regarding the improper use of seller names:
