UPS no longer a partnered carrier?

Hi,

I've just created a shipment from UK to US in Send To Amazon and the shipping options have completely changed.

UPS (which we used up until today) was a partnered carrier. Its now saying that not only is UPS not a partnered carrier, but there are no partnered carrier options available for me to choose from.

Does anyone have anymore info on this change?
