Invoices by amazon
Hi, I made purchase through amazon.pl. Everything went well and I received invoice issued by amazon for the provision. But it was issued with VAT. We are VAT registered company and the accountant has problem with this. We should receive invoices without VAT. Are there any settings where I can set that i want to receive invoices without VAT?

If you have an Amazon Business account for the purchases and a correct VAT ID is stored there - the invoices should come without VAT.

I have exactly the same problem with the July invoices from Amazon. all the previous invoices were correct ( without vat). I am registered in Austria. However, for July i recieved several invoices from Amazon, where they put in 20% VAT ( Austrian %) but the invoice comes from Amazon Luxemburg!
LUX Services provider-> Austrian service receiver, but invoice with 20% VAT.
I am now trying to explain it to the support, but as usually without success.
Did you manage to get your invoice corrected?
