    disbursements on demand

    My Disbursements on demand have disappeared with no explanation.

    There is no account reserve, a positive balance.

    I also note that deferred transaction are larger than normal and when investigated at order level the reason for the deferment (Payment status) is not correct. The customer has paid amazon but the status has not been updated therefore the unds are not moved to available.

    Anyone else finding this?

    Seller ecntral say there is no positive balance but I can see it with my own eyes and no reason to withold the funds

    You may have been moved to DD7 which allows amazon to hold the funds until the item is marked delivered or 7 days after delivery date if sent non tracked.

    Disburse on Demand

    I understand that since your transition to DD+7 you no longer have the option to Disburse on Demand.

    I have shared your questions with our partner team, and asked them to confirm that Disburse on Demand (DoD) becomes available about 10-14 days after DD+7 implementation, as deferred funds become available. At that time you will be able to request disbursement.

    You can also check when your next available automatic/scheduled disbursement will happen.
