How to Create Coupon Codes in UK

Hi Guys,

How do you create coupon codes?

This used to be an option under “promotions” however this tab does not exist anymore.

I do now want to have the generic “% off” voucher.

I want to create the custom codes which people type in when checking out.

Does anyone have any idea how you can do this?

Hi @ThisWay

You can do this by going onto Inventory -> Manage Promotions -> Create a Money Off Promotion

Then put in the items you want and the % off, time you want it running from and to etc.

Then under Additional Options make sure you select Claim Code: Group

Choose your claim code (a unique value) and if you don’t want it showing on your listing for everyone to see, untick “Detail page display text” - then you can just give it to certain customers.
