2 FBA shipments missing at RYY2 for 10 weeks

We sent 2 FBA shipments to RYY2 on 6 Jan. They were both stuck in RECEIVED status after a week, so we tried to raise cases but were told we have to wait 2 MONTHS. Clearly that's ridiculous, so much for "most shipments are processed in 5 days" or whatever it says. Whatever we tried, Seller Support refused to investigate and said we had to wait the full 2 months.

So after the shipments both sat there still in RECEIVED for 2 months with nobody doing anything to help, we could then finally open a case... except both shipments were then moved to CLOSED and both had "0 units received" and "no shipment problems found"!

So we had to raise 2 new cases which Seller Support then wouldn't accept without packing slips (what's the point of the FBA shipment?)... and now the cases have been sat there untouched for another 2 weeks.

This is disgraceful, what is going on? Not only have we lost about $620 of stock/shipping, but we've had to re-send that same amount of stock again. So we are going to be fined for being understocked, and if the stock is ever found we will then be fined/penalised for overstock with long terms storage fees!

If RYY2 is in such a shambolic state why are you still making us send stock there? Please can someone take action to find our parcels, it's now been more than 10 weeks since they were received?

4 days and no replies... can't get Amazon to reply within 11 weeks even on Seller Support, and no replies on the forums. Does anyone at Amazon help sellers?

Someone in Amazon must be able to HELP, surely? How can you possibly lose parcels for MONTHS on end and nobody does a single thing about it? Shipments ignored, cases ignored, forum threads ignored?

This is shameful... Amazon simply don't care any more do they... 2 shipments lost (or stolen) and nobody even acknowledges it, let alone tries to resolve it.

One of the two shipments now apparently has a reimbursement started (not visible in reports though), but the second one is still outstanding. This is completely unacceptable, how can you lose stock for months on end and simply ignore the issue? Why don't Amazon monitor cases and forums, I mean what is the point of them if management don't control these issues?

And now you are trying to claim that the other shipment, sent on the same day and received on the same day, was completely empty and didn't contain 180 units of our stock!!!

Where is Amazon mangement in all this? How can you lose a shipment for 3 MONTHS and then refuse to reimburse it, never mind the hassle and inconvenience and out of stocks you have caused?

Someone needs to resolve these issues!

Days and days without any replies again - why does Amazon think it can lose (or have stolen) our FBA shiments and then fob us off for months on end, demanding ridiculous paperwork to "prove" that products we manufacture are ours and that tracked parcels they show as delivered were delivered - it's all there in the FBA shipment, why do you insist on "proof" other than to fob us off further?

Refund us for our losses, and a lot quicker than 3-4 MONTHS please!

Amazon has decided that instead of purchasing inventory, it is more cost-effective to simply take merchandise from 3PL sellers, reimburse if at all, for 20 cents on the dollar, and resell for whatever price they feel would be competitive.

Win-win for Amazon. Lose-lose for 3PL sellers.

are we also now going to get fined for being overstocked?!

Glad to hear the inventory was found! To my knowledge, you won't be fined in this situation but please write back to me here if you experience further issues with this shipment.

Case ID 17556853251: This one is still "lost" and nothing has happened since the shipment was received 13 Jan 2025!

I see this case was merged with your original (17368610981), where a reimbursement was granted last week. Can you confirm that's what you're seeing on your end?
