Hi , I also have lost the featured offer on my listing. We're really not happy as it's really affecting our sales and BSR. I have also always had the featured offer for the entire time I have sold the items. I am the only seller of the items on Amazon- it's my own brand. I have contacted seller support but they just say they cannot discuss why I have lost the buy box.
Our seller central account is in good health, we have good sales and Feedback and have spent a small fortune on ppc so this is rather upsetting.
It may be related to us changing the pricing of our item which was done in error, however we have now set a constant fair price and have enrolled in Amazon automated pricing.
Please can someone help, it would be much appreciated.

There must be at least 20 (minimum !) threads about this issue. Spencer is supposedly looking into it, but just to say that it is not possible to tag Spencer - correct tags will appear highlighted in blue.
