Cannot change business location
When I created my Amazon seller central account I did not have a LLC, I started as individual, I live in Spain and am from Romania, so I have put business location: Spain. Meanwhile, I decided to create a LLC in USA, which has the business location in Miami, FL. I need to change the business location to USA, can you help? Or how can I speak to someone from Amazon, I cannot find a contact number? Thank you in advance

I am facing the same problem, unfortunately amazon has no solution to this, our accounts will be closed permanently.

I wanted to check in on your thread and see if you still required assistance regarding changing from a Sole Proprietor to an LLC?
The next best step here is to open up a case with Selling Partner Support by following this link. They have tools and resources available on their end to more fully look into your account and provide guidance.
Additionally, I wanted to share a link to the U.S. Income Reporting & Tax Identity Collection FAQ page and call out the following section:
How do I update my tax information and legal business name?
To update your tax information, you must complete the U.S. Tax Identity Information Interview.
To update your legal business name:
- Go to Settings and click Account Info.
- Under Business Information, click Legal Entity.
- Enter your Legal Business Name and click Update.
