Selling for almost 2 years, I am stuck in an endless loop with the Seller Identity Verification Team
Dear Amazon Support Team:
Seller Identity Verification has contacted with me and we have done a video verification without any issue. I have attached the documents during the video verification however due to Amazon Chime software error, some of them documents were not uploaded, and the amazon rep told me to email after the video call ends.
I sent all requested documents after the video call, however I get the exact same reply below from Amazon;

We have reviewed your submission, but we could not complete your verification. As a result, your account will not be activated.
Why is this happening?
Your account has been deactivated because you may have outstanding document or information requests in your Seller Central account.
Until you respond to all outstanding requests and submit the required entries in Seller Central, you will continue to have limited access to your selling account.
How do I resolve this situation?
To gain full access to your account, submit all outstanding documents or information.
Without the complete documentation and information, or if we are not able to verify your submissions, you will not be allowed to sell in Amazon stores.

I have asked which document is missing as I am sure I sent all the documents needed, however I get the same exact reply. And by the way, my account is still active, Amazon holding my balance for the last 2 and a half months.
Please help.

I understand you say you have submitted all the requested documents. Could you provide the performance notification requesting the documents? Making sure everything requested was provided.
Can you provide a case ID or any other information that I could use to investigate further?
