Product set as can ship in original container (SIOC)

Hi, we have a product which we have had attractive packaging designed for but it is being spoiled with Amazon shipping labels being stuck on it as Amazon are sending it out without any Amazon packaging.

Seller Support are of no use telling me the product is set as ‘can ship in original container’ (SIOC) - True.

I have asked for this to be changed but I am told this is not possible.

The packaging is not designed as a postal box.

We are getting negative product reviews due to Amazon shipping without packaging. We are not enrolled in frustration free packaging so are paying full FBA fees for this.

Has anyone been successful in getting the SIOC setting changed to false, and if so how?

Cannot see you getting anywhere with this,it is happening to many sellers.You need to package them in a way that prevents damage during delivery to the buyers or dont use FBA.
