Missing Shipping & Buyer Info in FBM Order via SP API

hi,

I've developed an app on Amazon Seller Center and have been receiving orders from my Amazon Store through the SP API. Unfortunately, I'm facing an issue that, the shipping and buyer information is missing from the SP API Order response. I've searched the SP API documentation, but haven't found a solution. If anyone has insights into this problem, I'd greatly appreciate your guidance.

I'm using the FBM order process.

We are having the same issue where we are unable to gain PII from Amazon when receiving orders through the SP API - what do we do to resolve this?
