Invalid tracking id warning
Does anyone know what i am doing wrong? we were recently removed from the seller platforms for entering Invalid Tracking ID’s… it was an awful experience as took over 6 weeks to plea our case.
When Confirming Shipment and entering the ref into on the field/platform, an error message appears- ‘INVALID TRACKING ID’ but disappears when pressing enter again.
I book the courier (Hermes or Royal Mail) via Parcel2Go and this creates the PG2 ref. We receive the Courier Ref Once taken and dropped off at Post Office or drop shop for collection. Anyone have information on what i am doing wrong?

you should be putting in either the Hermes or RM number
have you thought about using amazon buy shipping instead as it does it all for you

Thank you… Yes, I do enter that. The Hermes ticket ref given from the local drop shop. Error message appears, I wonder if it is a fault on our particular platform!?

We have found that the tracking reference number is actually the barcode Number which is generated when printed your postage label from the Parcel2Go website which is
For example: Barcode No:T00MTA0029580***
Also, FYI - I have been using Hermes but adding the additional extras Additional Extras and delivery has been great. Well worth paying that little bit extra.
