Credit Card Invalid
I’ve just registered and I had to put in my companies card information for every European marketplace. I went through all the steps, yet I still can’t do anything in my account. I keep getting “** Card Invalid, You must update your existing credit card information or add a new credit card to regain full access to this seller account.”** I paid for every single one of them.
I also don’t have any way to contact support except Amazon Health Account, but they said it’s the wrong place. There is no other place in my dash. Here’s a video of what’s going on: {Moderator Edit (Winston) link removed}

Do you mean by that, that your trying to use a prepaid card?

I understand that your query is related to the account reactivation. You are stating that you have updated the credit card details and it says “Card invalid”
For this, there could be multiple reasons behind why it is showing as invalid such as:
- The number that you entered should match the number on your credit card.
- The billing address that you entered should match the billing address on your credit card statement.
- The CVV code you entered should match the code on your credit card.
- The card expiry date should be at least six months from when you add the card.
- The card holder’s name that you entered should match the card holder’s name on your credit card (in the Latin-script alphabet).
- The card should not be a prepaid, virtual or gift card.
- The card should be chargeable in the currency of the Amazon store(s) for which the card is being provided.
- The card should have an adequate credit limit to pay for the charge.
- If you were asked to enter a unique security code by your financial intuition, the code you entered should match the code sent to the card holder via SMS, email or token.
If your card meets all these criterias and it still shows as invalid, we suggest you to try using a different card.

I need to delete a credit card which i entered as European instead of UK by accident, i have since entered my credit card as UK and this has been verified. But the card which i accidentally selected as European by accident is pending verification and will not let me delete as card is active. i did this by error please can someone help me delete it asap
