Safe-T-Claim denied
I submitted a Safe-T-Claim and it was denied by Amazon. Amazon issued a reimbursement to a buyer who received the item. This was a $1400.+ item so I was extremally disappointed in the denied request. I provided the Proof of Delivery which was signed. Therefore, not sure what else is needed. Can these denials be escalated to a different team?

I'm in the same exact boat. What's sad is in my case the tracking showed it was delivered and the customer never denied they received it. They only requested a refund because the item was delivered later than they wanted on the expected delivery day.
All I wanted was a return request to be properly created so I could get the item back, but Amazon Support has claimed they are unable to do this as Customer Support already issued a refund and the Safe-T Team refuses to either create the return request or reimburse me because I purchased shipping outside Amazon. Which makes no sense as their policy only denies reimbursement if customer disputes receiving the item when you purchase external shipping.
I've tried following up with Seller Support via cases and on the phone; even reaching out to other Amazon Moderators here but have gotten zero replies and existing cases on the issue are left open still.
Unfortunately there is a plethora of these issues with Safe-T Team claims on this forum. I've tried putting in a request to work with one of the team members directly, but have been flat out refused with the only communication allowed being the Safe-T claim which they will openly state they will stop responding after a denial.
You can try requesting an escalation via a new case on Seller Central, but this is just a forward to the Safe-T Claim Team which will just send them back the same response they gave you. I'm still trying to resolve my issue but so far support's only other suggestion has been to go outside of Amazon to get the buyer to send you the item back.
I'll let you know if I find out anything else, best of luck on your case as well.

Hello @Seller_gOl55xBsx1nF3,
Thanks for posting here! Wanting to also let you know that you can file a SAFE-T Claim Appeal. You can submit a SAFE-T claim appeal via the 'Manage SAFE-T Claims' page on Seller Central by clicking the 'view message' option against your claim. This will provide you with details of your correspondence with an associate who reviewed your claim, and you can appeal to the decision by responding with additional information and images. You may find the below help page useful, as it outlines the steps to file an appeal and additional information.
Kindest regards,
