Listing without brand registry

New to amazon and already have a a problem i hope someone could help me with.
I have my own brand of cosmetic product all ready to list , all boxes marked up with gtin 13 barcodes from GS1, My problem is that my name isnt fully trademarked yet as i have an opposition to it that im fighting and believe i will win . my logo is trademarked but without the brand name. when i try to list my products with the gtin , amazon tells me i have to brand register, which im unable to do yet until the name is trademark registered, Does anyone please know a way for me to list until i can give them the trademark details they need?. For Brand Registry, trademark has to be granted, it can’t be in the process of being granted.
I believe when you go to list a product you can put the brand name as NA, and when trademark is granted you can change to your brand name. But you’ll not be able to get Brand Registry until it’s granted wit IPO/EUIPO. I may be incorrect here, as i’ve never tried this, but hopefully someone can follow up.

There have been some issues with listing products recently.
Unfortunately I would suggest contacting Seller Support with the error message/code that I presume you are getting and hope that it reaches somebody with some sense. They can usually find a way round the issue. If not, you will receive the usual waffle from them as they try to close your case as quickly as possible without actually reading your concern.

If the opposition already has a the brand trademarked they may already have brand registry on Amazon, in which case you’re not going to be able to create any listing under that brand unless approved by them, or you win and gain control of the brand.
Edit: You need to keep in mind that the Amazon bots only seem to be able to accept one brand owner for the same ‘words’, regardless of class, so if your competitors hold the trademark in ‘electronics’ and yours is in ‘cosmetics’ (for example) then you’d still run in to the same problem.

Thanks to you all for the information you provided this has allowed me to start my listing. In the vital section i put brand as N/A as you suggested and my brand name as manufacturer and this solved the problem.

What did everyone do? Wait till your trademark has gone through if you wanted brand registry or register without brand registry or a trademark? Can anyone provide a ‘what to click in seller central’ style guide for creating a listing without a brand? Currently when i try I keep getting an error saying the brand has to be approved by brand registry first before i can proceed to create the listing. Does putting N/A instead of the brand in the required brand field on the listing creation form actually work? If someone has been through the process recently that would be very helpful as I believe the interface of the listing creation form has changed recently.
