USPS batch option has disappeared on Click N Ship and one other question

Probably already discussed (I can’t find any threads through search), but I’m assuming USPS has removed the “Batch” option that lets you input multiple addresses at one time if you know it’s going in the same Flat Rate box. I have to input each address AND the Flat rate box it’s going in each time. It’s a bit of a chore. Does anyone know what happened or if I’m doing something wrong?

Edit: Yes, I contacted the post office but they have not responded. It’s been about a month since the change?

Also, when I get multiple orders from the same customer, I put all orders into the same box to save money. However, when inputting tracking numbers, Amazon won’t let me use the same tracking number. I can get it to work by inputting it separately, but this again is a chore to do. Is there another option? It used to let me do it.
