"Variations are not available for this category"
Hi everyone, I got this message for my listing product, I do not know why this message.
CONTEXT: I have submit the same product category twice, however I got an error in the shipment step because I was using my individual plan and I had not more space in my storage, so I had to change my prior plan to professional. When I did submit my product (the first and the second time) I created Two variations with No problem. Now, I submit the product again, and this message is showing me up.
Somebody has had the same problem once?

For you issue, I did not see a screen shot come through. Would you be able to try to re attach that?
Also, have you opened a case with Seller Support yet? You can do so by following this link. That will be the best first step to helping troubleshoot your issue here.
If you have opened a case on this, would you be able to provide me with the case # so I can take a deeper look there?
