Amazon keeps denying my application to list and won't approve me to sell.
Dear sellers,
I need some advice and help regarding listing a branded perfume on Amazon. I have provided an authentic invoice meeting all Amazon requirements and a Brand Authorization Letter from the manufacturer, which authorizes me to resell the product. However, Amazon keeps denying my application to list and won't approve me to sell.
I am a relatively new seller on Amazon, and my account health is perfect. The brand I am trying to sell is Lattafa Perfumes. I would appreciate any guidance or assistance.
Thank you.

You most likely need a LOA from the brand itself. The manufacturer most likely does not have permission for you to sell as a 3rd party on a marketplace.

Hello @Seller_IVixDqquTSBXW,
Michelle at Amazon here. I understand that your application for your product keeps getting denied. I have reviewed your case and can see that your invoices are not directly from the manufacturer. If we are not able to verify that your product is being sourced from an authorized distributor or directly from the manufacturer, the application will be denied. You will need to provide new invoices and apply again. You can find best practices for getting your items approved here.
Wishing you the best!
Michelle
