Trying to apply for Amazon Handmade

I've recently joined Amazon Seller Central so that I can then apply for Amazon Handmade. When doing the application for Handmade at first, I used the wrong email address (my business email and not the one normally associated with my amazon account).

So this application got rejected on the grounds that emails didn't match… so I applied again, this time using the correct email address that is connected with my Amazon seller account. However on completing the application it just says an application has already been made in the last week and I can't make another...

When emailing for help I get a response saying there is no record of me having a seller account! But I do! I'm logged into it! I've spent all day going round in circled via email with them, me trying to register for Handmade and them either telling me I already have, or that there is no record of me as an amazon seller!

Anyone else had this trouble and can point me in the right direction of what to do?

Any luck? I'm currently going through this! I accidentally used my personal email when filling out amazon handmade application but used my business email for my amazon seller account.
