I have just renegotiated my Tracked prices with Royal Mail (which are active from today), but annoyingly Buy Shipping is still showing the OLD prices. Does anyone know how long it takes before pricing updates to Tracked services are showing in Amazon Buy Shipping? Although the new prices are live via Click & Drop, I am concerned I will be charged the (old) prices in Amazon Buy Shipping? Thanks

Im not sure if this issue is only affecting us but for the last 5 or 6 Saturdays Royal Mail Tracked 24 (LBT) is often not available to purchase via Buy Shipping only Royal Mail Tracked 24 which is the parcels product, of course there is a big difference in price and we have had to purchase labels through Click & Drop which has meant we have fallen below the 98% figure that Amazon require for us to continue being eligible for SFP

Its just a Saturday issue, its always availble during the week.

Probably a dumb question but Royal Mail Tracked 24 / 48 is not available in the Amazon 'Buy Shipping' option. Usually just use 1st / 2nd class and 'Signed For' versions but Tracked 48

are cheaper on the RM Click & Drop website.
