Need help trying to find Amazon VAT Transaction Reports for VAT Filing in EU
We’re dealing with TB Accountants. They’ve sent us the following location to gather this information.
Amazon VAT Transaction Reports.
To generate a date range report, follow these steps:
-
On the reports tab, select Fulfilment by Amazon reports .
-
On the fulfilment by Amazon reports page. Select tax.
3. On the tax page, click Amazon VAT transaction reports.
Gathering this information is seeming impossible on the grounds, the reports tab doesn’t have a drop down option of ‘Fulfillment by Amazon Reports’.
As you can see, the options are Business Reports, Advertising Reports, Return Reports, Custom Reports, Tax Document Library, Manage Your VAT, File Your VAT.
I feel utterly stupid, but I’m at a loss as to where I can find this information. TB are repeating themselves and Amazon just tell me to contact TB. Thank guys.

Shambolic customer service from Amazon. Point blank lying about the issue.
Me:
We are getting a different screen on Fulfillment Reports causing issues filing for VAT requirements. At page https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/reportcentral/ESTIMATED_FBA_FEES/1?
Reached out to other sellers on forums as we need to generate monthly reports, but unfortunately, the option isn’t there. Link to post https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/forums/t/need-help-trying-to-find-amazon-vat-transaction-reports-for-vat-filing-in-eu/491590
You can see the image differences on the forum. Please can you fix this so that we can meet the requirements of TB Accountants.
The message they sent: “You can check the change “event month” and select October and after you need to click “request.csv Download”. If it is still not working you can contact directly Amazon Seller Central Support Team to assist your Seller’s Account with this issue.”
As you can see we don’t have that option.
Amazon:
Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,
I understand that you were not able to download the VAT report.
Please know, we have asked our concern team to look into this issue and they have confirmed that the issue has been resolved and report is being downloaded now and you are requested to try doing that. For a reference we are attaching a report at the bottom of this email:
Please let us know how we did.
Were you satisfied with the support provided?
Me:
The issue wasn’t resolved. The so-called ‘solution’ doesn’t change the screen. I can’t download reports from months previous, which was the problem in the first place…
I NEED to see the screen mentioned TO download OLDER PREVIOUS MONTHLY reports for VAT accountants. The solution doesn’t resolve this…at least read the case.

How? Can they please explain how I can view the last months report. I’m getting the same screen locking me out of November, October, September VAT reports that the accountants require.
These are the biggest bunch of cowboys I’ve ever met.
